Rob Landry
Chief Executive Officer
In 2014, we founded Four Points Property Management to provide real estate investors with better management options in the area. The business model’s success has been proven time and again, as we’ve consistently achieved over 20% annual revenue growth for the past five years. Today, Four Points Property Management is trusted with overseeing more than 1,000 properties with our portfolio continuing to expand every month.
As the owner of a property management company, I’m deeply aware of the challenges associated with running a management business; ensuring exceptional resident experiences, while maintaining maximum profitability. It’s this firsthand experience that led us to establish Rezee. Rezee was created to empower property management firms and owners to augment their ancillary income and enhance their teams’ productivity, ultimately enriching the resident experience. By aligning profitability with exceptional customer service, Rezee is paving the way for a new era in property management.
Andrew Chapman
Chief Customer Officer
Andrew is the broker/owner of Four Points Real Estate, a full service independent brokerage that houses 60 real estate agents and currently serves the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine real estate markets. Andrew began investing in real estate in 2017 and has since completed dozens of fix and flips, ground up developments, and has continued to grow his rental portfolio to over 60 doors spanning across multifamily, mixed use and commercial assets.
As a partner in Four Points Property Management and active real estate investor, he knows firsthand the difficulties property managers face on a daily basis. Andrew is passionate about all things real estate and is excited to help property managers and real estate brokers improve on their existing business with the Rezee product suite.
Ted Ammon
Chief Revenue Officer
Ted is a seasoned sales leader, known for building and scaling high-performing sales teams in the Boston tech scene over the last 17 years. Ted has held a number of pivotal roles at companies such as HubSpot, Klaviyo, and Privy. Ted got his start in real estate back in 2009 with his first BRRR condo project, and has since grown that into a very successful multi-family investment and development business, operating over 60 rental units in Merrimack Valley, Massachusetts.
Ted has seen first hand how much time and effort goes into property management, and brings a unique perspective and passion to Rezee and its customers, helping them to generate more profit while creating better experiences for their owners and tenants.
